• Display the website in our case studies (with your permission)
• Maintain backup copies of the project files

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal and may include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Additional charges may apply for scope changes

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to:

• Client response times to feedback requests
• Availability and delivery of client-provided content
• Technical challenges that arise during development
• Third-party service availability (hosting, domain registration, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

Social Hues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
• Any third-party actions, content, or conduct

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will provide all completed work and project files
• Ongoing services and support will cease
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Social Hues operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
